一、研究所简介

   以刁东风特聘教授为带头人,深圳大学纳米表面科学与工程研究所(简称纳米所http://nanosurface.szu.edu.cn/)于201212月成立。现围绕纳米表面设计-制造-检测(表征)-传感(器件化)-应用(产业化)开展电子/离子照射下纳米结构碳基薄膜的生长机理与特性,超低摩擦界面的电子行为,多物理场下纳米结构化表面行为的超高分辨原位观察测试等研究。通过高水平人才引进实验室平台建设发表一流学术成果、申请高质量发明专利、制造纳米器件或系统的运行模式,目标实现在国际学术前沿及国家重大需求两方面引领纳米表面科学与工程领域的发展。                                                

   自2013年以来,在深圳大学特聘教授与深圳市高端人才科研启动经费1700万元及高水平大学建设3000万元资助下,现已建成整体万级局部百级洁净间实验室200平米,模拟计算中心100平米,环境电镜室100平米建设及与纳米表面科学与工程研究相关的各类先端设备。拥有服务于纳米表面设计的超级计算中心工作站;纳米表面制造用的电子回旋共振等离子体电子-离子照射下表面光磁电机能加工系统;纳米表面评价用的多功能极限环境下摩擦学特性测试系统、快速扫描原子力显微镜划痕仪、霍尔效应仪,原位表征的AFM针尖增强拉曼光谱仪;以及纳米结构表面的原位观察分析测试超高分辨双球差环境透射电镜以及透射电镜原位摩擦测试仪。未来通过建设大型仪器的公共测试平台,将纳米表面科学与工程研究所建设为多学科融合,为国际学术前沿及国家重大装备的“纳米表面科学与工程”技术创新提供全新的实验平台。    

   纳米表面科学与工程研究所面向全球招聘人才。目前研究团队包括特聘教授1人、讲师6人、博士后3人、博士研究生6人。每年计划招特聘教授1-2名、青年讲师1-2名、博士后2-4人、博士研究生1-2人,硕士研究生2人以上。
