1. 先进制造与智能工艺:结合3D打印、机器人化喷涂/组装、超声振动辅助成形等智能制造技术,实现多孔海绵蒸发体的可控制备、结构功能一体化及自动化生产,提升水处理器件的制造效率与服役稳定性。
2. 智能装备开发:开发Fe基、Co基等先进金属材料,结合机器人自动化操控、物联网感知与智能决策算法,研制超声催化、电芬顿、臭氧催化等高级氧化过程的智能模块化装备,实现深度净水处理。
