基于低能离子照射的纳米表面制造原理;碳纳米表面摩擦接触机理的透射电镜原位研究,具体包括:(1)电子回旋共振(ECR)等离子体纳米表面离子照射加工原理,(2)石墨烯纳晶碳表面的制造及表征,(3)石墨烯纳晶表面的粘附及摩擦接触特性,(4)石墨烯纳晶碳表面摩擦学行为的透射电镜原位观察测试研究。
